About Me

With several years of training and experience, along with my own personal therapy, I understand how deeply vulnerable the process of self-exploration can be. My role is to provide a space of empathy and curiosity as we work together to uncover the deeper layers of your emotional landscape.

After assessing your individual goals and therapeutic needs, I take a holistic and integrative approach that draws from relational and trauma-informed therapy, somatic and mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and insights from attachment theory and neuroscience. Together, we work to deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships while developing practical skills for emotional regulation and self-awareness.

Ultimately, my goal is to support you in developing a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself, and to help you find new ways of experiencing connection, meaning, and vitality in your life.
