The initial consultation is for us to determine whether there is a good fit in working together while exploring potential goals, approaches and overall treatment plan.

$140 per 50 minute session.

Cancellation Policy

A scheduled appointment is reserved for you. When it is cancelled with short notice or missed altogether, it is often too late to offer this time to someone else and the appointment time goes unfilled. Therefore, there is a $50 fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice from the scheduled  time.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your Privacy and Confidentiality are fundamental to psychotherapy and helps to ensure a safe environment is created. Your personal information is treated in accordance with all applicable professional and legal obligations and all reasonable steps to keep your information safe and secure are taken.

It is important to note that by law, there are a limited number of circumstances where there are limits to confidentiality which are covered during the initial consultation. Some of these include: risk of child abuse, intentions to seriously harm others or oneself, court orders or subpoenas to release information to a third party such as a lawyer etc.
